“ Selfie Contest " Participation Conditions
1.Organizer
The organizer of the competition is Corendon Airlines (Instagram: corendonairlines), company address: Güzeloluk Mah. 1879 Sok no: 148 07200 ANTALYA / Turkey.
Corendon Airlines holds a competition on Instagram from 18.02.2021-11.04.2021 (until 23.59 hours).
The competition is not affiliated with Facebook or Instagram and It is not made under the support or sponsorship of Facebook or Instagram.
2. Right To Participate
Anyone over the age of 18 who is a registered user with a real user account on the Instagram social network can participate in the competition. Corendon Airlines and EuroAirports employees and participating agents and their family members are not allowed to participate in the competition.
Participation in the contest, in case the contest is won, your name, surname and nickname must be specified. It requires your consent to publish your selfie photo on Corendon Airlines / EuroAirport's social media channels or, if necessary, in the press release of Corendon Airlines / EuroAirport.
Only users with an open Instagram profile can participate in the competition.
Corendon Airlines reserves the right to exclude individual participants from the competition if there is a significant justification.
At this point, in particular, attempted deception and manipulation of the contest or disruption of the contest are considered an important justification.
The participant who uploads photos for the contest guarantees that the content of photographs does not violate applicable laws or the rights of third parties, that it will not lead to such a violation by submitting, publishing or using such photographs.
3.Joining
Any participant who follows the @corendonairlines official account, uploads a photo taken in front of the graffiti painting at EuroAirport Basel Mulhouse Freiburg with the hashtag #fromEuroAirporttothes and tags their @Corendonairlines account to the post can win the contest.
•Participation in the competition is free.
4. Award
The three winners of the competition will be awarded "round-trip flights (economic tariff) for 2 people from Euro Airport Basel Mulhouse Freiburg to an existing point of Corendon Airlines".
The prize is just a plane ticket. Additional costs such as transportation, visa, city transportation, city taxes, travel insurance, and terminal fees associated with the use of the award will be borne by the winners.
5. Determination Of Winners
The three winners will be determined by a drawing among all participants in the competition in accordance with the participation conditions specified in articles 2 and 3. The winners of the competition will be determined within three working days after the end of participation in the competition.
6. Announcement of winners and award
The winners of the competition will be announced on the Instagram page of Corendon Airlines on 14.04.2021.
Winners will be informed about the prize via direct message (DM). The winners must then forward their contact information (first and last name, e-mail address) to Corendon Airlines via DM.
If such information is not communicated within three days, Corendon Airlines reserves the right to choose a new winner and re-award the prize.
Economic tariff flight tickets earned must be booked between 1.5.2021 and 31.10.2021. Other booking information will be sent to the winners via email. The participant guarantees that the personal information provided by him, in particular his first name, last name and email address, is real and accurate.
The prize will only be awarded to the winners. It is not possible for the prize to be exchanged or paid in cash.
7.End of competition
Corendon Airlines reserves the right to cancel the competition and change the terms and price of the competition.
Participants declare, accept and undertake in advance that they will not make any objections to this issue.

Das Gewinnspiel steht in keiner Verbindung zu Facebook oder Instagram und wird nicht von Facebook oder Instagram gesponsert oder unterstützt.
2.Teilnahmeberechtigung
Alle Personen über 18 Jahre, die registrierte Nutzer des sozialen Netzwerks Instagram mit einem echten Benutzerkonto sind, können am Gewinnspiel teilnehmen.
Mitarbeiter der Corendon Airlines und des EuroAirports, sowie beteiligte Agenturen und deren Familienangehörige sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen.
Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel beinhaltet im Gewinnfall das Einverständnis zur Nennung des Vornamens, Nachnamens, Nicknamens und zur Veröffentlichung des Selfie-Fotos in den Social-Media Kanälen von Corendon Airlines/ EuroAirport in oder ggf. in einer Pressemittelung der Corendon Airlines/ EuroAirport
Es können nur Nutzer mit öffentlichen Instagram-Profilen am Gewinnspiel teilnehmen.
Corendon Airlines, behält sich vor, einzelne Teilnehmer aus wichtigem Grund von dem Gewinnspiel auszuschließen. Ein wichtiger Grund liegt insbesondere vor bei versuchter Täuschung, Manipulation oder Störung des Gewinnspiels.
Wenn der Teilnehmer Fotos hochlädt, garantiert er, dass er keine Inhalte übersenden wird, deren Bereitstellung, Veröffentlichung oder Nutzung gegen geltendes Recht oder Rechte Dritter verstößt.
3.Teilnahme
Gewinnen kann jeder Teilnehmer, der
- dem offiziellen Account der @corendonairlines - Konto folgt.
- ein Foto von sich vor dem Graffiti-Gemälde im EuroAirport Basel Mulhouse Freiburg mit dem Hashtag „ #fromEuroAirporttothesun“ hochlädt
- und @ Corendonairlines-Konto verlinken.
•Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist kostenlos.
4. Gewinn
3 Gewinner erhalten ein „Hin- und Rückflugticket (Eco-Tarif) für 2 Personen, ab Euro Airport Basel Mulhouse Freiburg zu einem verfügbaren Wunschziel der Corendon Airlines “. Der Gewinn beinhaltet nur die Flugtickets. Mit der Inanspruchnahme des Gewinns verbundenen Zusatzkosten wie Transport und Visum sowie innerstädtische Transfers, Stadtsteuern, Reiseversicherungskosten und Abfluggebühren gehen zu Lasten des Gewinners.
5.Gewinnermittlung
Die drei Gewinner werden per Losverfahren aus allen Teilnehmenden im Sinne der unter Punkt 2. und 3. aufgeführten Teilnahmevoraussetzungen ermittelt. Die Gewinnermittlung erfolgt innerhalb von 3 Werktagen nach Teilnahmeschluss.
6. Gewinnbenachrichtigung und Gewinnauszahlung
Alle Gewinner werden am 14.04.2021 auf der Instagram-Seite von Corendon Airlines bekannt gegeben.
Der Gewinner wird per direct message(DM) über den Gewinn informiert. Es müssen dann die vollständigen Kontaktdaten (Vor- und Nachname, E-Mailadressse) an Corendon Airlines auf demselben Weg übermittelt werden. Wenn dies nicht innerhalb von drei Tagen geschieht, behält sich Corendon Airlines vor, einen neuen Gewinner auszuwählen und den Gewinn neu zu vergeben.
Die gewonnen Eco-Flugtickets müssen zwischen dem 1. 5. 2021 und dem 31. 10. 2021 gebucht werden. Weitere Informationen zur Buchung werden per E –Mail an die Gewinner zugesendet.
Der Teilnehmer versichert, dass die von ihm gemachten Angaben zur Person, insbesondere Vor-, Nachname und E-Mail-Adresse wahrheitsgemäß und richtig sind.
Die Aushändigung des Gewinns erfolgt ausschließlich an den Gewinner. Ein Umtausch sowie eine Barauszahlung des Gewinns ist nicht möglich.
7.Beendigung des Gewinnspiels
Corendon Airlines behält sich das Recht vor, das Gewinnspiel abzusagen und die Bedingungen und den Preis des Gewinnspiels zu ändern. Die Teilnehmer erklären, akzeptieren und verpflichten sich im Voraus, keine Einwände gegen diese Angelegenheit zu haben.

L’organisateur du concours est la société Corendon Airlines (Instagram: corendonairlines), Siège Social: Güzeloluk Mah. 1879 Sok. No:148 07200 ANTALYA / TURQUIE. Corendon Airlines organise un concours sur Instagram entre les dates 18.02.2021-11.04.2021 (jusqu’à 23h59).
Le concours n’est pas corrélatif à Facebook ou Instagram et n’est pas organisé sous le soutien ou le parrainage de Facebook ou Instagram.
2. Droit de Participation
Toute personne âgée de plus de 18 ans qui est un utilisateur enregistré avec un compte utilisateur réel sur le réseau social Instagram, peut participer au concours.
Les employés de Corendon Airlines et d’EuroAirports, les agences participantes et les membres de leur famille n’ont pas de droit de la participation au concours.
La participation au concours nécessite votre consentement afin de déclarer votre prénom, votre nom et votre surnom et de publier votre photo Selfie sur les réseaux sociaux de Corendon Airlines / EuroAirport ou si nécessaire dans le bulletin de presse de Corendon Airlines / EuroAirport si vous gagnez le concours.
Les utilisateurs qui possède un profil Instagram ouvert, peuvent seulement participer au concours.
Corendon Airlines se réserve le droit d’exclure des participants individuels du concours au cas où il y a un motif important. A ce point, les tentatives de tromperie et la manipulation du concours ou la corruption du concours, sont notamment cosidérées comme un motif important.
Le participant qui télécharge une photo pour le concours garantit que les contenus de la photo ne violent pas les lois concernées et les droits des tierces personnes et qu’il ne cause pas une telle violation en présantant, en publiant ou en utilisant lesdites photos.
3.Participation
Chaque participant qui suit le compte officiel @corendonairlines,
qui télécharge une photo prise devant le graffiti à l’EuroAirport Basel Mulhouse Freiburg avec l’arobase #fromEuroAirporttothesun et
qui étiquette le compte @Corendonairlines au envoi,
• peut remporter le concours.
4. Prix
Un “billet d’avion aller-retour pour 2 personnes (tarif économique) de l’Euro Airport Basel Mulhouse Freiburg à un point existant de Corendon Airlines” est donné à trois personnes qui remportent le concours. Le prix n’est qu’un billet d’avion. Les frais supplémentaires par rapport à l’utilisation du prix tels que le transport, le visa, le transport urbain, les taxes de séjour, l’assurance voyage et les frais de terminal, seront payés par les personnes qui remportent le concours.
5. Détermination des Personnes Gagnantes
Les trois personnes gagnantes seront déterminées par un tirage au sort parmi tous les participants au concours conformément aux conditions de participation mentionnées aux articles 2 et 3. Les personnes gagnantes du concours seront déterminées dans les trois jours ouvrables après s’être terminée la participation au concours.
6. Annonce des Personnes Gagnantes et Attribution du Prix
Les personnes gagnantes du concours seront annoncés sur la page Instagram de Corendon Airlines le 14.04.2021.
Les personnes gagnantes seront informées via le message direct (MD) à propos du prix. Et puis les personnes gaganantes doivent transmettre leurs informations de communication (prénom, nom, adresse électronique) à Corendon Airlines. Corendon Airlines se réserve le droit d’élire un nouveau gagnant et de réattribuer le prix si lesdites informations ne transmettent pas dans les trois jours.
Les billets d’avion au tarif économique gagnés doivent être réservés entre le 1.5.2021 et le 31.10.2021. D’autres informations concernant la réservation seront envoyées aux gagnants par e-mail.
Le participant garantit que les informations personnelles fournies par lui-même, notamment son prénom, son nom et son adresse électronique, sont véridiques et correctes.
Le prix est seulement attribué aux personnes gagnantes. Il est impossible d’échanger le prix ou de payer de l’argent pour le prix.
7.Fin du Concours
Corendon Airlines se réserve le droit d’annuler le concours et de modifier les conditions et le prix du concours. Les participants déclarent, acceptent et s’engagent à l’avance qu’ils n’auront aucune objection sur ce sujet.
