Corendon Airlines Europe, established in 2017 with the goal of operating flights between European countries, flies under the Maltese flag. The flights are mainly from Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Poland to tourist destinations amongst others to Turkey, Egypt, Portugal, Greece and Spain.

In the light of our growth we are looking Boeing 737NG Trainee First Officers (Cadet) to be based in Hanover (Germany), Düsseldorf (Germany), Cologne (Germany), Brussels (Belgium), Heraklion, (Greece), Antalya (Turkey) and any other operating base established.

To apply for this opportunity, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Holder of a valid EASA CPL license including IR(A) multiengine
  • Holder of a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • With at least a ICAO Level 4 English Language Proficiency
  • Born after 1988
  • With at least higher education diploma (Associate, Bachelor, Master, Phd)
  • Holder of a valid EU passport
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • With a proactive approach to encourage continuous improvement within the company

Additional Information:

1. This training course is based on a self-sponsored type rating program and consist of the components below:

- Type Rating Course for B737 (delivered exclusively by Global Aviation Training (GTA) Madrid)

- Base Training (provided by Corendon Airlines Europe)

- Company Conversion Training (provided by Corendon Airlines Europe)

- Line Training (provided by Corendon Airlines Europe)

2. Candidates must complete the Type Rating training successfully in order to be considered for the employment offer

3. Successful candidates will receive an employment agreement starting as of base training until 7th of November 2026. The contract will be optionally renewed assuming that mutual expectations are met.

4. The Company provides accommodation in an (apart) hotel for the crew in the bases.
