Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Vouchers are valid for 4 years from the date of issue.

2. A voucher offer will remain active for 14 days. Offers unanswered after 14 days will be deemed invalid.

3. Vouchers can only be used by the account linked to the e-mail address provided by the passenger. If the passenger doesn’t have a Corendon Airlines account, a link will be sent to the e-mail address provided to create an account which will be used to deliver vouchers.

4. Vouchers can be used to pay for flight tickets, baggage, meals or other additional services on Corendonairlines.com and the Corendon Airlines mobile application. They cannot be used to pay for hotel or car renting transactions.

5. Vouchers can be used by their owner to buy flight tickets, baggage, meals or other additional services for other passengers who are part of the same booking.

6. Vouchers cannot be used to pay for flight tickets, baggage, meals or other additional services sold by agents, operators or any third parties other than Corendon Airlines.

7. Vouchers can be used to partially pay for a booking. Any amount in excess will be collected using a separate payment method (e.g. credit or debit card).

8. Vouchers can be used more than once until the amount of money on them runs out.

9. Only one voucher can be used per booking.

10. An unlimited number of vouchers can be added for one passenger.

11. Vouchers not used before the expiry date will be forfeited.

12. Vouchers cannot be gifted or transferred to another person.

13. Vouchers cannot be turned into cash. They can only be used to pay for a purchased service.

14. Vouchers cannot be cancelled once the transaction is approved and the vouchers are accepted.

15. The value of a voucher is shown in the payment currency.

16. If a flight is cancelled by Corendon Airlines, the voucher will be refunded within the general conditions of carriage.

17. Corendon Airlines does not take any responsibility for stolen or lost vouchers. It is not advised to share your voucher code with anyone.

18. A customer who is offered a voucher is at all times at liberty to accept or refuse the voucher. The acceptance of a voucher by the passenger shall be deemed as consent to and acceptance by the passenger of these terms and conditions.

19. Once a voucher is accepted by a passenger, this case is considered closed and Corendon Airlines will not respond to the passenger in case of a new complaint or request about the same issue. This is because vouchers are offered in response to a complaint or as compensation in the first place.

20. As a Passenger of Corendon Airlines, I hereby declare, accept and undertake irrevocably to take this Voucher of Corendon Airlines instead of my cash compensation amount and also to fully comply with this Voucher’s applicable Terms & Conditions.
