- A name change made through online is charged with 65€.
- A name change made through our service center is charged with 80€.
- Up to 3 letters (on the sum of the letters of name & surname) can be changed free of charge through our Service Center.
- In order for the name change to be completed successfully, the difference between the fare amount at the time of making the reservation and the fare amount during the name change process needs to be covered by the passenger. If the final price is less than the original booking, no refund will be made to the passenger.
- A name change can be made up to 24 hours before a scheduled flight time. A name change cannot be made if a passenger has made a flight change or has checked in.
- You must make at least one change to a passenger's 'name & surname' information to be able to successfully complete the name change process.
- Only ‘name, surname, birth date and gender’ information can be changed through our name change service.
- ‘Passenger type’ can not be changed through our name change service. An adult passenger can be changed into an adult passenger and a child passenger can be changed into a child passenger.
- A name change cannot be made for infant passengers and adult passengers linked with an infant passenger online. These can be made through our Service Center.
- A name change is made per flight. In the case of round-trip flights, any name change cannot be made for only one of the flights. The process shall be completed for the both flights and the service fee is charged for both of them.
- Payment for a name change cannot be made with a voucher.
- Payments for a name change are made on the currecy that has been used for the related reservation.
- All the rights of the fare and the added extras are transferred to the new passenger name after the name change process is completed with success.
- A passenger can made 1 name change on a specific booking.
- Extras added to the original booking are transferred to the new name after a successfully completed name change. The passengers who get extra services after the booking can not make a name change.
- There is no refund for name change fee in the case of flight changes or cancellations.
